Great Location

All of Dovehaven Care Homes have great locations in the traditional seaside town of Southport. Southport has an elegant Victorian town centre, a beautiful coastline and plenty of amenities to enjoy.

Southport is a town on the North-West coast of England, in between Preston and Liverpool. Southport was originally built in the late 1700’s but was further developed in the 1800’s for the Victorians, as a holiday resort. The town is full of great Victorian architecture; Lord Street, the main shopping street, is particularly worth a visit.
